We grow five different varieties of flathead cherries that ripen through a four week harvest season. All sweet cherries, unlike tart cherries, are intended to be eaten fresh. We can provide limited in-house shipping services on-demand in our orchard-owned refrigerated truck. Our products are also available in 1.33 lb or 2 lb bags.

Lambert Cherries

Lambert cherries are mahogany red, heart-shaped, rich, and sweet. Dried, they are sweet and tangy, with an almost subtle smoky flavor. An older variety, they are getting harder to find. We consider them the quintessential "Flathead Cherry." These fruits are ready for harvest mid to late July.

Ranier Cherries

Rainiers, the queen of the orchard, are delicate, fat, yellow cherries with a lovely rosy blush. Considered a premium cherry, they generally command a higher price due to the extra work required to keep them unblemished. The meat of these cherries is soft and juicy like a perfectly ripe peach.

Lapins Cherries

These deep ruby red cherries have a bright and sweet crisp flavor. These cherries have a unique flavor profile that is delightful when paired with citrus for canning jams, jellies or syrups.

Skeena Cherries

These cherries are known for their sweet/tart flavor profile. These sweet dark red or “Black” skinned Cherries are often massive, and occasionally do not conform to the standard cherry gauge. The pit is the same size as all other cherries leaving room for a mouthful of dark red cherry flesh.

Sweetheart Cherries

This ultra late variety of darling red speckled fruit is delightfully welcomed after all other cherries in the valley have gone. Possibly the sweetest tasting cherry with very delicate hints of tart. Again, a very large fruit that is heart shaped has beauty marks that sparkle in the sun. High sugar content and mildew resistant skin make this fruit very cooler stable.
